Jonathan Pate is a United States Army veteran. He is known as Independent Christian rap artist "CHOZEN." Chozen has been captivating audiences for over a decade with his aggressive rap style. This rap artist is also a singer, songwriter, author, clothing designer, event organizer, host of the Warrior Wake-Up Podcast and is currently working on his 2nd autobiography. Chozen is a solo artist who has headlined many events and has shared the stage with artist such as: B-Shoc, billboard artist DPB, The Persuaded, Jordan Copas, Tori Parris, DJ Sermon, John Wayne Bailey, Timothy Gabriel and many more! Chozen has released two full length albums and has written one book. Chozen's debut album was released in May of 2010, and it is titled "Awakened Warrior". Chozen's second album was released in May of 2017, and it is titled "Crucify My Flesh". Chozen released a four song EP called "Against All Odds" in 2023. Chozen released his first book "Trust the Process" in 2023. Chozen has also been featured as a guest performer on the television series Kraze in 2011, which aired on Christian Broadcast Television, Impact Television and my Christian Films.org. Chozen has ministered through his gifts in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas and has a fanbase that reaches Australia, Africa, and the United Kingdom.
